We had a lovely visit with relatives at Charter Senior Living of Pekin, IL. Our aunt was able to arrange a nice Christmas gathering for us in one of their community/activity rooms. The establishment was clean and very well taken care of, but the biggest testament to the quality of this place was the feedback we heard from our Aunt.
