The staff at Charter do so much to make this a wonderful place! The Valentine’s celebration for residents and families was another great event with wonderful music, great food, and the best people! Thank you to the staff for all you do to make this an exceptional place!

The rooms at Charter are grand, very comfortable and updated. From the crackling fireplace in the comfortable lounging area to the birds chirping in the small courtyard Charter truly is a home to be proud of. My dad has been in a nursing home for the last 5 months. He had medical issues that are still on going. He did not need the nursing home at this point but still needed assistance. Kim at Charter came to see him and me about transition to the assisted living there. I took a tour of the facility and was amazed. The facility was excellent and the staff I meet was amazing. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. The staff is out of this world! It is so family oriented. They make everyone feel important, and very cared for. I have never experienced so many employees that actually sincerely enjoy their jobs. We feel very lucky to be part of this village. Thank you for making my Dad’s transition so easy and enjoyable.
