My husband stayed at Charter Senior Living for two weeks while I was out of the country. He says the facility is a good setting. The staff was highly professional and responsive to requests that he made. The attention he received was effective, the environment was good and allowed him to walk quite a bit. He is most appreciative of the experience. And I am very grateful for the respite care that gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was far away. Many thanks and kudos to Charter!
I worked with the staff at Charter Senior Living in Mequon while trying to find assisted living for a family member. Brenda Klumb immediately responded to our needs as she gave us a tour and explained the services at Charter. She was knowledgeable and kind as the family struggled with a difficult decision. She stayed in communication with us throughout the process. I applaud her professionalism and compassion.
