I worked with the staff at Charter Senior Living in Mequon while trying to find assisted living for a family member. Brenda Klumb immediately responded to our needs as she gave us a tour and explained the services at Charter. She was knowledgeable and kind as the family struggled with a difficult decision. She stayed in communication with us throughout the process. I applaud her professionalism and compassion.

Everyone I met was friendly towards me and caring with the resident I was visiting today.
My mother is in the best hands possible!!! We feel so blessed to have discovered this sanctuary!! Every single caregiver has a heart of gold!! Mom has so many lovely conversations with staff members and residents! Leaving her home of 68 years has not been easy for her; but, everyone has made things so wonderful and easy for Mom and us kids!!
After moving my brother here from Texas, he was in 3 other assisted care facilities before we found Charter in Mequon. This is the first place he has been in where the care of the patients is more important than taking their money.
