We placed my step father here recently. The staff is so kind and patient with him as he has vision issues. The apartment, as he likes to call it, is beautiful and very well spaced out to accommodate his wheelchair while still providing comforts of home with his favorite recliner, and his personal belongings. The food is fantastic, he has actually gained weight while here at Charter, which is awesome! We’ve noticed such a positive difference in our loved one’s happiness and overall well-being since moving in. The communication from the team has also been excellent — they keep families informed and are always available to answer questions or address concerns.
We enjoyed our visit by the pond, watching the duck family.
Place is very nice and clean staff was very helpful enjoyed my visit.
