Recently attended a wedding in this neighborhood "secured" by Riley Security. The venue had inadequate parking to accomodate the number of guests attending the wedding, so everyone continued parking next to the parking spaces. There was no indication that this was a neighbors property (this particular grassy area was not kept up to the standards you would expect in a HOA neighborhood - most people would assume this was part of the club house's property).
