Currently renting a Cedarglen apartment in Seton and can hear the neighbour above me everyday walking, stomping and playing with the dog. I would say the soundproofing between floors is poor at best. Would NOT recommend or get yourself a top floor ONLY. Looking forward to my lease expiry! Very disappointed!
Lots of issues and very poor workmanship. Would not recommend at all! At six months old, our garage floor already has bumps and cracks everywhere.
