Great floor plan. But the lady in the show home seems either hate her job or being racist. When we ask her questions she will have another question back. She doesn’t know any details that I asked her about upgrades. So I asked“Where can we find the detail for upgrading.”Her answer is“have you build a house with us yet”. I have given these people multiple opportunities to do the right thing but have now given up. Their after sale support is absolute garbage. They are masters at pointing fingers and expect you to jump through countless hoops to get the most basic of issues addressed. Extremely disappointing. I couldn't recommend this builder to my worst enemy. Sadly I'm not alone. Multiple families on my street have had similar experiences. Do better. Cedarglen's Warrenty Rocks! My husband and I purchased a Cedarglen spec home 2.5 years ago in Rockland Park in NW Calgary. We love our home and the subdivision! Seven weeks ago we discovered a major problem with our masterbath shower installation (insufficiently sealed) which had been slowly leaking under the shower for the past 2.5 years - unknown to us (water damage to the tile, subfloor, tile, ceiling below masterbath, mould damage on subfloor, tub enclosure, shower pan, etc.).
