I’d never toured a Cedarglen show home so I didn’t know what to expect. However, after a first walk through of the house, it was clear to me that I’d found my home after months of talking to different builders and viewing various homes. The quality of the house spoke volumes plus it met most of my requirements. The purchase and possession process was smooth and staff at every stage were responsive and helpful. Throughout the home buying journey, you meet a lot of members at Cedarglen at different stages (thank you to Lisa, Nick, and Khlood). However, Megan and Kaitlyn at the sales village were the absolute best! Megan and Kaitlyn were very transparent and helpful throughout the home buying process. Being first time home owners they were responsive and provided a lot of information/opinions on things we wouldn't have otherwise thought about. Thank you for helping us!

We bought our Cedarglen home as the appearance and style of the exterior and interior looked beautiful. It’s been a bit over a year living in a new home and there has been a long list of things that needed to be fixed at the 1-year orientation. Some repairs don’t get fixed properly or another issue occurs with the repair. For example, there was an issue with the microwave breaker that was repaired with a new breaker.
