Very bad quality built in 2024. Multiple problem with the property: leaks, multiple cracks in the basement/garage. Terrible exterior work from sub-contractor. Very incompetent Site supervisor that turn a blind eye on bad work. Plenty of small problem all over the property. The only thing that was normal was the interior finishes. Do not do business with this company, its not the same company it used to be. I would never recommend this builder to friends and family.
