I had a one year lease here and the last few months I didn't even feel comfortable staying there. most neighbors are always spying, the apartment was filthy and trashy and smelled like smoke, I was charged for damaged things that were damaged before I moved in, the property manager could have been nicer and shouldn't take 2 hour lunch breaks, the maintenance request was ignored and I was then charged for said maintenance after being told it would be fixed, and the last week there while moving out There was a terrible brown r... read more
IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT MOVING I CAN TELL YOU THAT CEDARGATE APTS. IN ENON, OHIO IS ONE PLACE YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT AT. THE RENTS ARE WAY TO HIGH FOR THE SHAPE THESE APTS. ARE IN. THERE IS ALWAYS WATER UNDER THE BUILDINGS, THEY ARE NOT INSULATED SO THE APTS. ARE VERY COLD. WHEN IT RAINS FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT IT FLOODS. THERE IS MOLD IN THE APTS. SOME OF THE APTS.
