Extremely disappointed with this apartment complex.. The landlord allowed our neighbors dogs to bark throughout the night on numerous occassions which effected our ability to sleep. The power went out at least weekly, if not almost on a daily basis. At different times throughout the year lease, our water would be unable to use due to problems at the building we lived in.
