they dont pay there contractors grass cutters,trash company trash can were gone 4 4-5 days they dont have any credit with hardware stores they jimmy rig everything they charge previous tenant for cleaning up repairs etc. but when u move in they leave the mess for you.word to the wise look else were last grass cut 1st of October they dont clean leaves this spring it was so bad englewood had to clean drainage tiles out were here 2days, only shoveled this past winter 3 times these are prefab modules the windows leak the roofs l... read more
The property managers change like changing your underware. Every different one has different rules. They say your yard is not yours its a community yard anyone can walk in it. You cant hang anything like wing chimes or flower baskets outside onto their buildings. One man maintence crew, and hes old. Too much noise from neighbors and you can hear straight thru the walls. Rental price goes up every year we was there 3 years.
You have to pay insurance @the rate of \$7.50 a moth and that is for damages that you do, but she will still bill you for damages even though u pay insurance & the roof on this place is the original installed in 1985-86 & the starting to leak & winters coming & hate to see what happens this spring once it thaws.& the guy that cut grass with his equipment + gas moved out grass hasn t been cut since 4th week of Sept 2011 were getting more cats last year they had 2 trap them, they were living under the buildings & there still r... read more
