Laneis a top notch highlyknolegeable maintenence man that knows what he is doing also very polite while he is working
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It is disgusting to say the least. My rent changed monthly, they add in extra fees wherever they want, and there is no one in the office ever. When there is someone there, she is outside smoking. We had many issues with the mowing company throwing rocks and clumps of dirt all over my car and patio. They are lying on the ads when they say how big it is. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! For starters, a 1 bedroom unit is nearly $1,000 a month and comes with practically 0 amenities. The units are outdated, gloomy, and ran down. Upon move in, my ceilings were peeling, baseboards were broken, ac unit was leaking, etc. They were even so generous to PAINT over cracks in my bathroom sink. Within days of moving in, the paint was already peeled out. The leasing office is absolutely ZERO help. They are often closed for hours on end, even during “leasing office hours”. Truly the most miserable experience I have ever had renting. If I could give negative stars, I would. I had to switch units due to a huge leak in the roof, and a mold infested attic. After moving out completely, we cleared all charges. Then Elon Properties sent a bill for move-out cleaning DIRECTLY to collections without EVER contacting me. I didn't find out till a year later when I was applying to another rental agency.
