I purchased a home from sellers represented by the REALTOR Perry Hotz of Cedaredge Land Co for the purchase of a property in Austin, Colorado in October 2021. Perry Hotz failed to recommend an inspection of the sewage line and septic system although the house on the property was built in 1950.
