I am so disappointed, being a 5+ year member, that they would not even consider a senior citizen membership rate. We seniors are a group that are so in need of what is offered, both facilities and classes. To be summarilly priced out of maintaining my health is so disappointing.

I really enjoy this gym and all of the amenities it offers, but I do have one major complaint: it's consistently far too hot inside, no matter the time of year. I often struggle to make it through even 20 minutes of my workout before I have to stop because of the heat. During exercise, our body temperatures naturally rise, so when the gym is already uncomfortably warm upon arrival, it's difficult to have a productive workout. I was member of the old Cedardale before the fire and that place was something else. Just had a distinct vibe, community and quiet charm to it. The building design was unique with a sort of retro feel it. Hidden staircases, yoga studio that resembled tree houses. I can still remember when Cedardale was considered to be one of best health clubs in country. This new incarnation of Cedardale is not bad.
