I moved in here a few months ago and so far everything has been great. The office staff are very friendly, and the maintenance crew is 11/10
It have been a year since I move out of state to this apartment complex, I got my lease made by Robin and she was awesome really easy to get a hold of Her, she reply quick to email, plus quick to fix any problems you may have, recently the management change and now we have rude management or they never want to answer the phone ( went they answer there super rude and they wont help you find solution), they don’t address any communication except of the day they need to do some work on the apartment, I saw my neighbor being ver... read more
Updated review 6/2025: Can no longer leave a positive review for this community. The community was bought at the end of last year and the new ownership is horrid and mismanaged to say the least. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. They do not answer the phone, they will not call you back if you leave a message, and they dont reply to emails. The only way to get in contact with anyone is if you go into the office, which is only during business hours so if you work 9-5 you are screwed. They are violating our leases, forc... read more
The Community Manager is nice and attentive to the apartment community. But I must give 1/5 stars because of outrageous mandatory fees from the apartment owner. There's a 10% limit on raising rent, but the icing on the cake is really the mandatory fees they force. There's a $5/mo for "common area electricity" There's a $6/mo fee for the privilege of billing you electronically There's a $25/mo valet trash fee There's a $70/mo internet fee due to a new deal between Xfinity and the apartment.
