Our experience with Cedardale apartment homes was perfect . Lauren made this process really comfortable and easy for us ! She was very helpful and informative on everything, she answered our questions and concerns and we appreciate that . The touring part of the appointment was great we found a space we both loved. Again thanks Lauren for helping us out
Update: A follow-up regarding #3 of my below review is needed, as the issue was resolved after some clarification. Management has assured that the full payment will be pro-rated and a partial refund of the days after move-out will be returned. After a change in management, Cedardale Apartment Homes has unfortunately taken a nosedive in quality and lost a lot of consideration for its tenants. Some examples Cedardale has treated us in particular are: 1. Demanding a "Move-out Inspection" in the most obtuse way possible. Granted, a move-out inspection is completely reasonable, but not when you are not only directed to call the head maintenance worker's cell phone (not the office; his cell phone), but to set up an appointment before 5pm, forcing me to leave work early ... read more
