After a change in management, Cedardale Apartment Homes has unfortunately taken a nosedive in quality and lost a lot of consideration for its tenants. Some examples Cedardale has treated us in particular are: 1. Demanding a "Move-out Inspection" in the most obtuse way possible. Granted, a move-out inspection is completely reasonable, but not when you are not only directed to call the head maintenance worker's cell phone (not the office; his cell phone), but to set up an appointment before 5pm, forcing me to leave work early ... read more
They are nice.
[September 2025 update] This apartment has really gone downhill fast since Robyn's departure. Fireworks are set off at 9pm, right behind the front office. People are smoking all throughout the property, weed and cigarettes, despite being a smoke-free property. The new owners are bad stewards. They are trying to see if they can make a profit, and if not, they will sell this place again.
