Cedarcrest is an excellent property management company. The owner stands firmly behind his employees and everyone here works very hard to provide top-shelf services to the properties. All property management companies are limited in terms of what they are permitted to do, but at the end of the day Cedarcrest does a great job managing and improving properties. During a medical visit (on 8/23/21) ) to an office in a building (22 Old Short Hills Rd., Livingston NJ) managed by your company (Cedar Crest Property Management), several people who wore scrubs/appeared to work in offices in the building were seen walking in the public corridors without masks. One of those people was not able to access the stairs (the door to the stairwell was locked) and was observed to get on an elevator with patients still without wearing a mask.
