Most unprofessional services. Had issues day of the service and apparently it was chastity weekend to man the phones. Phones were never rolled over to her cell phone, mortuary unable to contact them, the brother /owner showed up after the body had to be taken back to mortuary to inform the family that and I quote “ we have lives here outside of here, we don’t just sit by the phone!” Oh by the way, if you are black don’t go there because if you speak up about anything the owner immediately says you are threatening him!
