Dr. Gu was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I called to clarify an issue regarding my mom’s mammogram referral, which this doctor sent to a place not covered by her insurance. When I tried to explain the situation and asked who I could speak to for a corrected referral, he cut me off and said, “I have a lot of patients right now, I don’t have time to talk to you.” If he didn’t have time, why did he pick up the call in the first place? Dr. Gu has exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. If you are having issues, he will work to figure it out because he truly cares. I feel very fortunate to have him as my Doctor.

I was seen by Dr. Eugene Gu for a state medical exam. Dr. Gu was great; he was very professional yet his friendly manner immediately put me at ease. He explained his role and the exam before we began. He was very thorough in the questions he asked and I felt he really listened to my answers in order to gather as much info as possible.
