Management is absolutely wonderful. Jeremy is always quick to respond and always on top of any questions or help you may need. Maintenance is no different, quick turnaround times for requests submitted and I can’t remember the maintenance man’s name but he’s super personable and helpful anytime he sees you around. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone looking to move.
If you have ANY problems as a tenant and reach out to the current property manager… good luck getting a response. It’s crickets.
CedarBrook is a Great place to raise your kids. They have a playground and Splash pad which is great for the summer heat. They also have planned activities and give aways throughout the year. My neighbors have always been very nice always willing to help. I would like to give a Big Shoutout to the property manager Jeremy best manager Around.
Management is hardly ever here. They kids around here pretty much run place. We have had issues with theft, vandalism, ding dong, and ditching at all hours of the night. Cops are here constantly and management doesn't seem to care what happens here or who moves in. It went down hill very fast for us. The walls and ceiling here are super thin so you can hear pretty much everything. Also worth mentioning that people have had issues with cockroaches here.
