CedarBrook is a Great place to raise your kids. They have a playground and Splash pad which is great for the summer heat. They also have planned activities and give aways throughout the year. My neighbors have always been very nice always willing to help. I would like to give a Big Shoutout to the property manager Jeremy best manager Around.
Management is hardly ever here. They kids around here pretty much run place. We have had issues with theft, vandalism, ding dong, and ditching at all hours of the night. Cops are here constantly and management doesn't seem to care what happens here or who moves in. It went down hill very fast for us. The walls and ceiling here are super thin so you can hear pretty much everything. Also worth mentioning that people have had issues with cockroaches here. The apartment is not the problem. Upon moving in we were not allowed to even see the apartment until the day we moved in which is a first. Harrassment that is allowed because we are low income so nothing is done about it. We are leaving after months of pure hell from the tenant above us. The tenant that lived here before me told me about the tenant above and the problems with her. We should have never unpacked. Whoever moves in 107 next, enjoy never getting sleep, harassment, constant loud noise, screaming, trash on your pat... read more
