Clean an felt happy for a person who resides there
OMG. What a nightmare. My 77-year-old mother was transferred here from Centenary Hospital after spending three months in and out of ICU. She was finally cleared for short-term rehab before returning home. We followed her ambulance transfer and were immediately horrified by what we walked into. The overwhelming smell of urine and feces hit us as soon as we entered. It was shocking. Staff DO not return calls and failed to notify that tbe person we are supporting contracted COVID and when my family arrived to transport the person to the new location, my family member was advised of the person staying at Cedarbrook tested positive. NO ONE contacted myself or the other family member to tell us this and the other family member, 93, was put at risk. Shame on this facility. Can't wait to get the person out of this facility.
