My uncle George Matthew has resided at Cedarbrook since June 2023. He has been well cared for. The staff has been amazingly helpful in all respects. The food is very good. Finally, I am so very pleased with all of executives. I have established a great working relationship with all of you. Thank you, Barry Fettes
Has to be the dirtiest home I have ever seen. You pay over a $1,000 a month for a disgusting place. The staff are rude you try and talk to them and they stick their nose up at you. I wouldn’t Recommend this home to my worse nightmare
Staff do not seem to care. Can ring the call bell for 2 hours still nobody shows up. Every meal of every day is ice cold Not a very nice place at all stay away.
MIL went to Cedarbrook during transition from Scarborough General to a long-term care home. The staff made the transition a smooth one, handling arrangements with the hospital and community care PSWs. The facility is nice, lots of windows, and staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this retirement home based on our experience this past month.
