The four stars is for what it was in the 1990's to 2006. Sad to see recent bad reviews. I bought my place when first built and moved in 2006 to Northern Virginia. I miss NJ and loved the Cedarbrook community. My HOA in Northern Virginia townhouse community is horrible. I often regret moving as Cedarbrook was such a great community and was well taken care of so I am so sorry that it seems to not be as great as it was.
Ever raising HOA fees. Starting to look run down. Most of the board members have power trips not following the actual rules and slapping residents with astronomical fees.
