Cedarbrook Cedarbrook is a very nice place to live. The rent is a lot lower than an average market rent. However you must meet income requirement. What I liked most was it was not a low income housing it was a slight higher income to get in so you werent' living with low life families. I lived there for 5yrs and it was the best.
Don't pay it! This place is supposed to be a low income complex. The people reflect that, but a 3 bedroom apartment went from $700 to $900 in less than a month. If you go to a non government run complex for comparison the prices are the same. So, how is it for low income families? Oh and the manager is never in the office and is has low work ethics.
