Overpriced, too many issues, hope you get an upstairs apartment, because you will hear just about everything from your upstairs neighbor. There is no actual office. Just an empty apartment called "the office" IF you want to speak to a manager, then you have to drive to a completely different apartment complex. I guess $1500 a month rent isn't enough to afford an actual apartment manager. I lived here for 1 year, they tried to change my rent from $1100 to $1500. We lived there 9 years they were great place too live. But as years went on less was done for repair. It took them for every too fix things. No Manger on site no maintenance man. And the one they did have would say he knock on door but would walk in on you. I was sleeping one time and if I had not had my dog by me the dog would of bite him. I was told after 9 years we would get our deposit back. I left place nice it need new carpet manager said no problem it had all new blinds. We just moved in within the last week and I can honestly say that we love it. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful, the appliances are nice and moderately up to date. The maintenance workers were very prompt when I had any complaints or questions, we plan to stay here for awhile.

The apartments are great to live in. All the rooms are a good size, you have you're own private basement for storage, and the area is close by everything that you need. I'm a single mother of two boys and we enjoy living in the apartments. Ann is also great that works in the office, very nice.
