The psychiatrist Dr. Rizvi is very poor with his service. Didn't renew an important medicine I had for 8 days and caused me to go in withdrawal. This medicine was a life-saving one so not receiving it was deadly. I called the secretary and he still didn't do anything. The only time he listened was when it was the appointment time. He also calls whenever he wants and I never had any notification on when an appointment will be for months all he ever says is "I'll call you in 3 to 4 weeks". Receptionist name Ann is extremely rude. I would highly appreciate if this staff members gets fired ASAP as she has no empathy for patients 👎

He also can't seem to know what symptoms are for medications and ignores any attempts at asking for a diagnosis. This is a really neglectful place please go to a different place for psychiatry.
