Good clinic.
Clinic said open on Sunday at 9 am. Website doesn’t state otherwise. We drove with our sick 1 year old to the clinic to be there early and first in line. Once the building was open we were told the kids clinic was downstairs except all the doors were locked and no one was there. We called and the answering machine said to make an appointment online and when we checked there were no appointments. Why say you’re open on Sundays at 9 if you’re clearly closed?
I don’t know why receptionist not pick up the call and it happened with me from last one year, kindly change your staff
Horrible, irresponsible clinic. Please save yourself a headache and choose another pediatrician!!!! Every appointment booked, we had to wait atleast an hour. They don't pick up phone. Their website doesn't work properly. We needed a referral to be sent out and Dr. Ahmads receptionist told us it has been sent out, but it's almost a year wait. 8 months down I call the location and was told they had not received any refferal at all!!!!!
