Doctor is really nice and listen to all your concerns, explains with details. Low stars because the receptionist are really rude, only one of them knows how to treat people, the other ones don’t know how to talk, they seemed to be annoyed by patients just for existing, and even though you get an appointment you don’t leave after couple of hours. Time is a problem. Update: they never answer the phone 😖
Not professional at all. Greedy clinic all they care about is charges and no loyalty to their little patients. Save yourselves and your babies and find another clinic.
It is no surprise this clinic has such a low rating. My experience with your receptionist Sarah was downright infuriating. I have never encountered someone so unfit to be the first point of contact at a paediatric clinic. She was cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism.
