I don't love that my sweet mama is in memory care, but if she does have to be somewhere, I am happy about the people she is surrounded by at Cedar Woods. Nas and Robin and the other staff members care about the residents. They treat them like family. My first visit there I was updated on her condition by the physical therapist, Nas the activities director gave me some good ideas for reminisce time and Robin (in admissions) treated me like family. Thank you Cedar Woods team. Keep looking after my sweet mama (Geraldine). xo
I have been in Healthcare for over 16 years and never have I experienced a more caring and compassionate staff. They are attentive and prompt to the needs of the residents. The facility is clean and inviting, the food is good, and the activities are fun and engaging for all.
My grandparents have been in their same clothes for 3 days. We came from out of state and every day we come they are in soiled clothes. On the 3rd day we had to make them change. They smell like they haven't showed in a week! On my way to find a supervisor, but it's the weekend. So sad I'm in tears. At over $4k a month each, they should be taken care of much better than this!! Very disappointed in this facility.
Wouldn't have my Aunt anywhere else. People are awesome.
They have been very good to my nana , me and my family. I am very pleased with the attentive caregivers. God has blessed us with your kindness. Thank you for your help at this peaceful end of Mary Cook's life.♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
