Highly don’t recommend. If you don’t want your car broke into over and over again don’t move here. Cars are being broken into a lot. majority of the people on the property have experienced this and nothing is being done to take care of the problem
Don't deal with Michelle she is rude and loves to scream at tenants. She is falsely accusing me of the furniture. The apartment have old appliances, mold, their always people stealing from cars which most of it tools worth $4000, drunk tenants who hit my car and the manager could care less the tenant had a driver license expired for 4 years. I don't recommend it. You can find a less expensive apartment in a better area.
Don't rent here. These apartments are run by a slum lord, nobody wears their masks despite getting closer than six feet to stranger, nobody supervises the neighborhood kids that aren't respectful and run in front of behind cars. There's never any parking or clean up, and somehow they are always mowing or working on something loud but their is never any improvement. To all parents! Our community courtyard, ( the grassy area in the middle of the complex) is not free evening daycare. Try taking care of your children and teaching them not to scream like wild animals. - A month prior to edit. Edit: I noticed a partial change with volume from complex kids but it mostly reverted back to the "normal" with the pool's opening. Also a renter on the opposite corner from the pool smokes horrendous smelling skunk weed, and wakes up everyone im nearby apartments with laughter/screaming/partying at 3 ... read more
I wish a negative rating was available. My mother is a senior citizen on a fixed income, with leukemia and lupus. Currently her unit is flooded (for the 8th time). I reside in New Jersey and there is no real management number for me to reach out to. Josh has been so kind enough to offer her a fan to help her for the next 24 hours. Wow! Way to go Josh. While visiting I smelled mold behind her sofa from a previous flood (sadly, she did not notice). They did the exact same thing, offered her a fan. I just think any community th... read more
