I would definitely look elsewhere when looking to rent. Cedar West is a despicable company. When my family and I moved into one of their rentals it was left a mess, dirty window seals, the kitchen cabinets were filthy and sticky, the garage was left with tons of cob webs, and the yards had a layer of pine needles all over them. We pointed this out while moving in, Richard (the owner of Cedar West) told us that they expected us to leave us the house the way we got it.
