If you're looking for a nice place to raise your family, don't live here. I've lived here for 10 years and each year it progressively goes downhill faster. I give complaints to management regularly and they always get ignored. I have hundreds of photos of drug activity around the complex that I have tried multiple times to give to management yet they ignore every request that I have to give them. I’m thankful to have housing here, and the landlord is a kind and respectful person, definitely not a slumlord. The maintenance man is also helpful, and the apartments themselves are fair quality and hold up well. However, safety is a real concern. There are often people loitering or living in their cars, and some appear to be under the influence. It doesn’t feel like these issues are being taken seriously.
