For the last 4 years, Cedarwest has changed hands at least 5-6 times. The New Management: Cascade Property Management has been here for only 6 months. The mess if paperwork they have bought into must be horrendous. Its been electronic filing, then paper filing, back and forth for the last three to four years. I have always been a satisfied tenant until recently when tenants payments have gone missing, and/or been mixed with other tenants. I called with a maintenance request and within five minutes Mike was at our door at 8 AM and fixed our problem right away and was very kind. Thank you, Mike. What a great start to our day :-)
