Alicia was very accommodating and kind to us.
Going on my second year here as a senior with a disability. Cedar West has been very comfortable and am still very content. Manager Alicia Reynolds, keeps the units clean, informed, and orderly while maintenance keeps beautiful grounds, plus making repairs when needed or requested. I'm ready for another year, or at least two, for more peace and contentment.
I have been at the cederwest community for 16 years, it really took a nose dive in 2020 we had no management and everything was left up to maintenance. Our new management coming along our maintenance side has really started to turn our community around. Our community is starting to feel like home again. The staff works hard to provide community events to bring together everyone. Management follows all of the rules has integrity, morals and values and that has been a breath of fresh air.
