Very very disappointed. They have serious billing issues. I have been with them over 3 years. In 2019 my husband has a procedure done. Before then they run the procedure through my insurance and told us our part of the payment. We paid and the procedure was done. 6 months later they brought us a bill saying our insurance does not cover it so we had to pay an additional money. Question is : what checks did they do earlier.
