Staff is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They went over and above to welcome me into their group as a new patient. I was very happy with the new hygienist and dentist assigned to me. This was extremely important to me because I was required to change dental groups because of my new insurance. Stress averted and big smiles! As a follow up to this review, I had to lower the rating by 1 star. Reason being, I had a return visit within a short period of time for a crown replacement. For starters let me say I was the one biting the dentist when I was younger😭💀. So, I completely understand dental anxiety. Dr. McDavid and the assistants Duffy and Tawni were amazing and made me so comfy! We laughed the whole appointment and I was treated with excellent care. I needed a large filling and it feels like nothing was ever done (they are that good). Round of applause to them and cedar village dentistry for showing me first hand that CVD cares.💓
GIRL, I am speechless. Today was the first time I have ever visited this office, and I don't even have the words to describe how much this dentistry is like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. The entire team of staff at this place just blew my socks right off! Upon arriving, I got a tour of the facility, and I got to pick a little gift to bring home! I picked a new mug.
