The manager 's name is Tara Neely. The communications with her regarding the apartment proves to be extremely difficult and almost impossible. None of the laundry machine works and leaking toilets never got fixed which caused us huge water bills. Big hole in the party never got fixed also. I would caution anyone who intends to rent any units from cedar village apartments in Fairborn, OH.
This place should get 0 stars cause I was there to fill out paper work to see the place so I had my mom come to fill out the paper work prior to that the landlady said "going to another complex to drop something off" and left. Then mom shows up as does my provider we sat there for two to three hours waiting for her to show back up not once did she call my number saying she wasn't coming back. I called two or three different times and left voicemails. Left my contact info. Zero calls back. They can't answer their phones and can't call people back.
