Backwoods bunch. Stay away! Can’t quote a price if you were wanting to rent or buy equipment out right. Years ago when they had the pharmacy the people that worked here were the best, but no more! Unless you what the run around and have to explain what you are looking for to everyone that in here apparently the people that answer the phone can’t help you. So when they answer just ask for the manager or don’t call. Here are some suggestions. Edge Medical Supply, Wheelchairs, Etc or try NextStop Medical supply!

11/10/25- after several more calls and emails the machine finnally appeared. I was told by the representative that amount was paid. If that amount was not paid I have no problem making that correction here. I will surely follow up with them again today. Defamatory is never my intention. Im glade FINALLY got the product that brought me here in the first place. Hopeful you can make the correction on how new customers are treated.

The company's manager, Kori, got upset with me and abused her role as a manager by canceling services. My insurance company paid over $1600 for a cpap, and my coinsurance was several hundred dollars prior to Cedarview getting the device to repair. I voiced my opinion as a customer( as we can here in the USA) and like an elementary school child she got upset on 10/20/25 and sent me a letter saying all services were cancelled. I was told that I could rent a CPAP machine for a reasonable monthly payment. After spending almost $900 over 4 months, they shared it was my insurance company’s fault and I just purchased my machine. From rental to purchase was an expensive cost. I will NEVER use this company again because I can’t afford their fees. If possible I’d give them 0 STARS, I consider this theft! To date, 3/10/25, this company has charged $999.74. They just keep taking more and more! NEVER do business with them!!!
