Poor billing practices, I had a VA referral through community care and they kept screwing up the billing. You have to leave multiple messages to get a live person. I would not trust these people to analyze snot in a handkerchief.
I have to agree with ALL the statements about billing. It is late November and I'm getting billed from services from last February. I'm not disputing the charge, but there should be a limit on how long they have to bill you. If I had died, my Estate could easily have been settled, and then they wouldn't be able to get paid.
Received a phone call this week from a debt collector regarding a bill I never received from Cedar Valley Pathologists. I have never had a bill go to collections in my life! I don't know what they're doing at this place but their billing process is messed up. Very frustrating.
Billing is ridiculous. Sending a text, really! If I hadn't noticed it we would have had a big problem with it not being paid on time.
