Same as everyone else! I did not receive a single bill from them and just got a letter from a collection agency. I pay my bills, but this went through insurance, so im only aware of my portion of costs if I receive a bill! Sounds like you guys need to improve on your systems and processes!

I received an invoice from March and Medicaid is supposed to pay that and I have been trying to call leaving messages or to be called back and to date I have no answer they are the worst with billing

Poor billing practices, I had a VA referral through community care and they kept screwing up the billing. You have to leave multiple messages to get a live person. I would not trust these people to analyze snot in a handkerchief.

I have to agree with ALL the statements about billing. It is late November and I'm getting billed from services from last February. I'm not disputing the charge, but there should be a limit on how long they have to bill you. If I had died, my Estate could easily have been settled, and then they wouldn't be able to get paid.
