We personally had a negative experience and decided to seek a different option due to it. I had scheduled an appointment for my son almost a month in advanced in December for January 12th. When we showed up for the appointment the provider rescheduled us without notification via call, text, or email. When speaking with the front desk they confirmed they could see the prior appointment on January 12th scheduled in December and that it was reschedule by the provider and not desk staff. I could talk all day about the people that are a part of this business. All are good things. These people actually care about the people they are trying to help. We work with Megan, Judy and Carly, 3 of the most wonderful people in the medical world. We have what I would call uncommon situations and they help make sense of all the chaos in our world. If you struggle to find balance in your chaos, give these guys a call. They are fabulous. The best part, they actually care.

Very thankful to have Carly here in Parkersburg. Helps to keep down the amount of time of school that has to be missed for appointments since she is close! She’s such a kind soul and has been a huge help.
