AVOID THIS REALTOR AT ALL COST !!!! Gene LaBounty is a clown. The listing agent/broker is a slug of the first order. I finally got him on the phone Wednesday, in which he promises to send out the two estimates. The Slug of the Year never did. Terrible service with Jason Boyd because he stole $300 from us (we have the receipt). He gave us his word that he would return that money to us if the purchase of the house was not completed. We as Christians and him saying that he is a Pastor, we trust his word. The bank denied the loan and he kept us with excuses until he told us that the owner or his boss kept the money. He didn't care that we had to go of emergency trip to Virginia because my brother-in-law had terminal cancer and we even asked for prayers for him and hi... read more
