Cedar Valley had replaced a roof for someone else in my neighborhood and noticed that I might have some damage from a recent hail storm. After inspecting the roof, they explained why it needed to be replaced and supported me through the process of justifying to my insurance company why the hail had caused the damage and required replacement. Didn't preform the services as quoted! Poor workmanship in applying the roof. Over ordered materials making the job cost more, and let materials behind when the job was done. Horrible communication in seeking resolution of the matter. Wish I could rate them lower.
Our experience couldve been better. We signed our agreement last year but it wasn't until almost a full year later that we were able to finally get the process moving. Lack of communication big time. We did everything with our original sales rep (up to even selecting the colors) and order being told will be placed, but we learned months after that he had resigned. Cedar Valley replaced our roof and siding and it looks amazing! Our insurance paid for everything! After the work was done a car hit our house and Cedar Valley supplied the materials to fix it at no cost to us. We couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend Cedar Valley Exterior.
