He supported me through every decision, every walkthrough, every signing... He also set reminders in HIS calendar to reach out to me for certain follow ups on my home warranty. I can't believe the extra care over past experiences! I recommend him and Cedar Tree wholeheartedly! A+++.

Kaitlyn was very helpful and found us what we needed as well as a buyer for the condo. There was one slight glitch. The closing of the house I was buying was scheduled before the closing of the house I was selling. This meant I had to find the funds to cover the purchase. I could have used just a bit more information on the timing on the closing of the house I sold. I am all in all very grateful for her hard work.
Kaitlyn was our realtor and got us the most amazing deal in the craziest market! We are first time home buyers and she never left our questions unanswered or gave us any uncertainties. She gave us her best professional and personal advise. We could call or text at anytime and she was always quickly responded! We trust her and will always use her as our realtor and recommend her to everyone we know!
