I initially rated Cedar Trail Apartments 3 stars due to a rough start when I first moved in. On my first day, I experienced several issues—my bicycle, which was parked inside the apartment premises, was stolen, and I also lost some Amazon parcels along with valuable ornaments shipped from another country. I lived here for 7.5 years, there were some issues but if there was ever a maintenance problem I never waited longer than a few hours for a fix and the management is top tier, I would recommend for anyone looking for a budget friendly complex. They'll take good care of you.
UPDATE: ANOTHER NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY ANOTHER SKYROCKETING RENT!!! New management company took over, they talked to area apartment complexes and then JACKED rent $100-150 per month. now the Washing machine company is going to JACK the price of laundry. Updating review... now the washer is now $2.45 per freakin load, dryer is $1.95....
