It is Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. I have lived at Slate Hill/Cedar for the past 4 years and haven't ever had so much peace of mind. The Management and Staff have always been very friendly and prompt on any request that I've had. I haven't had many maintenance issue since I've lived here which is a HUGE plus and says a lot for how the Complex is maintained, but when I've needed anything done, the turn around time has been amazing. I'd tell anyone give Cedar Trace/Slate Hill a chance. You'll be happy You did!
Great Location, Very affordable, Nice Management I am living in this apartment complex since July 2011 and this complex is the longest I have stayed at any rental apartment and the reason for that is because they are one of the best! This complex is the longest I have stayed at any rental complex, & the reason for that is because they are one of the best! I had a VERY bad experience at the previous complex I was renting from. I went in to look at Cedar Trace because of the glowing reviews from friends who had rented from them. When I went in, the staff greeted me right away in a friendly, professional, & non-pushy manner. I have lived here since July 2012 with my family and we love it. The grounds are kept nice and clean. They have great ladies working in the office they are all so friendly when I come in or call and have questions. The maintenance is great we have never had to wait for repairs . We are planning on living here until we buy a house in the next year or so. I would recommend The Cedar Trace apartments to anyone looking for a place to live!

I am living in the Cedar Trace Apartments for more than a year and it is a excellent place to live. Very nice management and always provides a prompt and good maintenance support. I will surely recommend to friends and others to stay here. Very very near to Polaris fashion mall and all other major stores.
