We were homeless for 2 years when we came to Washington state. A lady I worked with told me to contact the Cedar Townhomes to see if they had any available units. I filled out the application and when I spoke with the manager of the units she was beyond helpful with every step of the application process. Amie, the manager and Noelle (sorry if I misspelled her name) the rental assistant/office personnel lady are two of the sweetest ladies I could have asked to meet. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. My family and I love our new home!
I actually love living here. They allowed us to put up a fence in the back (because other neighbors do not pick up their dog poo and it’s a huge problem). Always outside blowing leaves or painting keeping the place looking nice. They always send over a maintenance man within hours of me reaching out to them. Even if he doesn’t speak English the maintenance is more than trying to accommodate by translation through their phone. If my rent doesn’t shoot up I’ll stay another year!
