Paramark does not care about its properties or residents, they do not return calls or emails when you have a issue. They do nothing to upgrade the property or keep the bldg. and grounds clean. They do not replace or fix broken laundry machines. They fix things barley half way and do it as cheap as possiable. Stay away from paramark properties
The new management is terrible roof leaks won't fix anything all they care is that the apartments are full
We also live here and have both bed bugs and mice and also roaches and silverfish and little black beatles too.

A great place to live. I have lived at Mississippi Flats for a month and must give a positive review. The management is very proactive. The unit is very nice and very quiet. I had a good feeling about the place as soon as I entered the management office.
