Lisa is very knowledgeable when it comes to how the body connects. She offers massage, but I most appreciate her philosophy to fix root cause of a clients issues. For me, I work on the computer 10-12hrs a day which creates the fascia around my muscles to contort; resulting in uncomfortable knots which cannot be reduced by massage alone.
