Signed my lease yesterday and just applied 5 days ago! (VERY QUICK PROCESS) I am an independent contractor and I had so much trouble getting into places because of that but at the river , they made everything so easy for me . Thank you so much for providing me my first beautiful home🥰
The community is under new management and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly professional. A special shoutout to Julia—she is knowledgeable, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Her friendly attitude and quick responses make everything easier. If you’re looking for a great place to live with outstanding service, I highly recommend it.
