Despite some challenges along the way, Cedar Springs Title Company went above and beyond to get us to the closing table as quickly as possible. Jesse was fantastic—professional, responsive, and always on top of things, making sure everything stayed on track. Even with the obstacles we faced, their team worked diligently and efficiently to help us close the deal faster than I expected. If you need a title company that knows how to navigate difficult transactions, I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First of all it’s nearly impossible to get hold of owner Jessie either thru email or phone call. Then go into closing and Jessie is arguing with me about my net proceeds and just assumed that I would sign paperwork based on his word and didn’t think I would miss $36,000 dollars and I kept going over it with him and then finally he laughs and says OMG I figured what I did. I wouldn’t recommend someone that doesn’t listen to customer or recounts his numbers

Cedar Springs Title handled my sellers file brilliantly! Jesse was on top of each step and closed in their branch in DFW to make the transaction seamless for all involved. He was prompt, informed, respectful, and very responsive. I can’t wait to close with them again! 😊
