Very bad apartments a lot of dirt
David very rude unprofessional..very strict about small things and rude...when i need assistance about neighbors screaming at 2am ..he will give you attitude and say to call the police .. mailbox number are all worn and non visible and makes.the mail delivered wrong stay away from this place if David still manages this place
Horrible place ..the manager or land lord David tricked me into being a clean apt upon show .. after I signed the lease I find out that a crazy lady screams her lungs out at night ..and the apt smells like cigarettes..he left the windows open and doors open so when I saw it the first time it didn't smell anything ,,
Absolutely ridiculous interaction with this place. We can’t even get into an apartment there because of a Verizon bill that “was” in collections because I’ve been disputing it for months. It’s no longer in collection status finally it’s closed because it wasn’t my debt. They won’t rerun my credit to see this. Corporate asked for proof and then said they can’t use my proof. We are hard working middle aged adults no pets no kids and make quadruple the rent and I own home but can’t rent there.
