Absolutely ridiculous interaction with this place. We can’t even get into an apartment there because of a Verizon bill that “was” in collections because I’ve been disputing it for months. It’s no longer in collection status finally it’s closed because it wasn’t my debt. They won’t rerun my credit to see this. Corporate asked for proof and then said they can’t use my proof. We are hard working middle aged adults no pets no kids and make quadruple the rent and I own home but can’t rent there.

This place denied me from applying and said I would be immediately denied because they don’t let anyone with any criminal history rent from them. My criminal history you may ask? Possession of a joint in 2018…. A misdemeanor. I thought it was illegal to be so blatantly discriminatory against people with criminal backgrounds in Washington. I am disabled and use an electric wheelchair for mobility. They block in my exit so I can’t go anywhere. I have repeatedly asked for my exit way to be shoveled out. From snow and ice if an emergency arises I would be unable to get out to safety.
