I didn’t live here but my grandma did for about 11 years, and they are trying to charge her over 3,000 dollars for carpet replacement when her apartment flooded and had about and inch of standing water(they said the apartment above her had plumbing issues and that’s why her apartment flooded)and they refused to replace the carpet, instead came in and shampooed it and had fans running in there for multiple days, the carpet was wet for days. Can sum up cedar properties in one word, shady. As a potential renter they told me they almost rarely have break ins, garages and units are safe with plenty of parking, reading the reviews that’s not the case whatsoever. They also don’t mention up until the last second they outright deny anyone with a criminal background, they won’t even allow you to apply, probably because they don’t want a paper trail of their discrimination and poor, illegal, behavior. I'm a delivery driver and I came to do a delivery here and we are not supposed to get out of our vehicles and walk around for safety reasons we are supposed to drive up as close to the house or apartment as possible and pull up out of the way where it is safe and drop off our order record it and then we leave immediately. I love living here, my neighbors are great, Samantha the manager and the maintenance guys are awesome and work hard to keep the grounds very nice. I appreciate cedar property management for keeping the rental prices affordable
