If I could give a 0 star I would spoke to a lady on the phone about an application she said I can’t send that but I can book you for a viewing of the apartment and then after you view it you can put in and application I said cool okay sounded different bc no one has usually done that usually you can just get an application without having to view it I show up there for my viewing and first it’s the carpets just got done so we can go view it they didn’t call to let us know either we had to find out once we were there then she ... read more
If you are a good tenant, and pay your rent on time they are exceptional! My only problem with this complex is the parking. It’s only suppose to be for tenants but nobody tells the visitors (or the visitors don’t care)! There have been many times I haven’t been able to find a parking spot. I understand there is only so much you can do unless you make rounds every hour and even then. I don’t blame them, they do what they can.
