If I could give less than 0 stars I would. When I moved in, I actually cried. The place was so filthy and disgusting, it took me a week just to clean it. For example, the previous tenant poured potting soil down the sinks and the sinks were clogged. That did get fixed quickly - but maintenance left potting soil on the carpet, which required me to clean up the mess left behind. Don't ever ever ever EVER rent an apartment here. They'll nickle and dime you for everything you're worth. They attempted to charge us $3200 in carpet replacement costs for carpets that were almost a decade old at the time we moved out, which is totally against Washington law. The carpets were past their life and instead of eating the cost themselves, they try to recoup costs from the people who rent. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A HAPPY LIFE.!!!! This is the worst place to rent from. They only care about the rent and nothing else. When we moved into the complex, we were told that metro would be patroling the complex every 4 hours, was lucky to see them 6 times a week( a women had her car broken into 2 times in 3 months). The lease says no one is to park in the complex unless you are a tenat. Report multiple violations to Jade the management of 2a and ab like she told me to do after hours by text and picture.... read more
