I love living here I have lived here for 5 years. It is a lovely place to live. I noticed other reviews are not so great. it was true, but there was a manager change & now they take such good care of everything. Whenever I put a request for maintenance in they have it fixed sometimes the same day. Yeah there are car break ins from time to time, but that happens everywhere. I was thinking of moving before they changed managers, but the rent was very high else where. I am so glad I decided to stay. I am trying to find my siste... read more
Really DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME looking here.... At first I was in love with the apartments here, but after a month or so I realized the apartments themselves are overpriced and incredibly small, especially for more than one person. There is also tons of noise because its located next to the racetrack and also northern quest casino and walls are incredibly thin. Cars are frequently getting broken into and so are garages, and the management will not help you whatsoever if its your car that has been broken into. Speaking of mana... read more
Don't waste your time looking here.. If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance is lazy and seems to spend the entirety of their day driving their golf carts around with a cigarette in their mouth. At one point flat out refused to fulfill a maintenance request because they didn't feel it was necessary and management didn't help all they did was refer me to call corporate if I wanted it done bad enough. The office is consistently closing early, anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. They barely enforce parking violation... read more
Great apartments - Slightly Overpriced These apartments are very clean and well set up. The neighborhood isn't bad, and they're a few blocks away from shopping and gas. However, I pay $600/mo for a one bedroom with a garage that barely keeps my car dry, and I feel that it's a bit overpriced. Overall, I feel safe there and having a pool and gym within 100ft of my apartment is very nice! The pool is kept very clean, and the maintenance man does a wonderful job.
great place to live i live at cedar summit estates, and i love the area many things to do, great shopping places, and many different places to eat anything you could want.
