I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cedar and Sage Therapy. From the moment you walk in, everyone is unbelievably kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The office itself is beautifully designed with such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. They have been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my journey, and I truly feel heard, respected, and cared for every time I visit. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing team. Highly, highly recommend!
My absolute favorite place! Not just because of the staff but because of the environment. You walk in and feel the presence of peace. As a therapist, I urge you to try any one of our amazing clinicians, you will not be disappointed.
Cedar and Sage has been such a wonderful experience. Shanel is phenomenal and compassionate. She meets you where you are at, with love and direction to help heal. Emily is wonderful to schedule with and prompt to return calls. Overall, super clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Our family has LOVED this group. We see Shanel. (EMDR) The ages in our family range from adult, teens, and young kids. She has been phenomenal. We have trauma that we are working through and it has been a breath of fresh air knowing that she can help us through it. My kids are so excited to tell her all their worries. I go here for therapy and all I can say is that it has helped me so much. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and I honestly don’t know what I would do if I didn’t go here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking!
